Watch Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand by the quality of our watches and offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Defects in the watch mechanism, dial, or hands due to manufacturing errors.

  • Any malfunction or failure of the watch that is not caused by external damage or improper use.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Any dial or mechanism that has been opened by the customer or a third party.

  • Any watch with modifications, customizations, or alterations made after purchase.

  • Water damage to the watch strap (a water damaged strap will not be replaced).

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or battery depletion.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email our warranty team with proof of purchase, order number, and a description of the issue. Make sure you are emailing us with the same email you used to purchase your watch.

  2. If approved, ship the watch to our service center at your expense. The address will be provided to you upon approval via email.

  3. We will inspect the watch to determine if the defect qualifies under warranty.

  4. If the defect is covered, we will repair the watch within approximately 60 days. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement watch.

  5. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a newer model as a replacement. If the customer does not wish to accept the newer model, a full refund will be issued (provided the defect is confirmed and not due to customer damage).

  6. If the damage is customer caused and not a defect, the customer must also pay for return shipping.

  7. If the defect is covered, we will cover the return shipping costs once the repair or replacement is completed.
