30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date the item is delivered (based on the mail delivery tracking date).

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • The customer must cover the cost of return shipping.

  • The watch must be in its original, unworn condition, without any signs of use or damage.

  • The watch must not have been submerged in water.

  • The watch must not have any customer-caused damage.

  • The watch must not have any strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc.

  • The watch must not be covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter

  • The watch mechanisms must not have been opened by the customer or a third party.

  • The watch must not have any after-market customizations or alterations.

  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.

Return Process:

  1. Ensure your product meets the conditions as outlined above.

  2. Email our returns team within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and order number included to initiate a return.

  3. If approved, securely package the watch and ship it back at your own expense.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the product and ensure it meets the return conditions.

  5. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of the inspection.

  6. If rejected (meaning your product did not meet the conditions above), you will need to pay for the return shipping of the watch.

Please note that refunds will only be issued if all return conditions are met. Watches that do not meet the criteria above will not be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
